One Day Classic French Dessert Cooking Course
Our one day classic French dessert cooking course covers some of those timeless classics that are found in eateries across France.
Be they Michelin-starred temples to gastronomy or your humble roadside workers’ Bistro, these desserts feature on almost every menu at one time or another.
At the top of the list have to be three timeless classics, mainstays of any French chef or home cook: Crème Brulee, Tarte au Citron, and Tarte Tatin.
Which is great news, because they’re among our chef’s favourites too! Jim will take you through all the steps needed to create these desserts from scratch.
Lunch will be a buffet of regional specialities as well as some of the dishes you prepared and cooked that morning. At the end of the day you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve achieved and will get to take home the remainder of what you cooked during the day.
